Who are we?

The Flexitallic Group is a global manufacturer and supplier of engineered sealing solutions, serving the oil and gas, chemical, nuclear, power and OEM sectors.

The Flexitallic Group and its subsidiaries include Flexitallic UK Ltd., Flexitallic US LLC, Flexitallic GmbH, Flexitallic Belgium BVBA, SIEM Supranite, SAS, Flexitallic Gasket Technology (Suzhou) Co Ltd, Flexitallic Canada, Ltd. and Flexitallic LLC.

What information we do collect about you?

We collect information about you when you send an enquiry or order for our products and services, or engage in a live chat session. The only personal information we collect might include your name, address, email address, IP address and information regarding what pages are accessed and when (“Collected Data”). Website usage information is collected using cookies. We do not collect personal data such as the date of birth, identification numbers, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or other social identity information of natural persons and such information is not Collected Data.

How will we use the information about you?

Flexitallic does not use automated decision-making. Storage Period

Flexitallic generally deletes the Collected Data about you as soon as the reason for collecting it expires. We will not retain the Collected Data about you any longer than is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected.

If you consent to receive marketing information about Flexitallic products and services, we will retain the Collected Data until you withdraw your consent. If you should make a request to us, we will erase any Collected Data on you that we may have, unless we have a legal obligation to maintain such Collected Data.
