We are currently seeking to fill multiple General Laborer roles. In this role, you will work as an individual contributor or as part of a team to manufacture sealing solution products. The ideal candidates will have an excellent work ethic and be willing to learn and grow in their position. You will be willing to working alongside other production personnel to learn the appropriate and safe way to make our products. Training will be provided, so the right individual simply has a desire to learn and be committed to their respective role. 

 

Responsibilities of the General Laborer include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Work from instructions, established procedures and related data
  • Operate belt sander and small hand grinder to remove burrs, grind welds and bevel rings 
  • Visually check parts to insure quality requirements
  • Detect and report to Lead defective material, faulty equipment operation and questionable conditions. 
  • Maintain work area in a clean and orderly condition
  • Follow safety regulations
  • Perform other related duties assigned by supervisor
  • Must have basic math skills
  • Must be able to read a tape measure
  • Perform other related duties assigned by Team Lead, Supervisor/Manager.

 

The above description covers the most significant duties preformed but does not exclude other occasional work assignments not mentioned.  The inclusion of which would be in conformity with the factor degrees assigned to this job.

 

Education/Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); three to six months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Salary commensurate with experience.
