We offer sealing engineering solutions and application consulting in conjunction with Flexitallic world class manufacturing supplying high-quality, high-performance static sealing products to Flexitallic North America, Mexico, and all Latin America.
We manufacture the original Flexitallic® spiral wound gasket, ring type gaskets, Kammprofile gaskets, and cut gaskets, while also offering stock of standard products, gasket sheets, and custom manufacturing capabilities.
Flexitallic Mexico offers a wide range of high-quality, high-performance gaskets in standard and custom sizes along with custom sealing solutions that enable customers to operate their facilities, complete projects and start up safely and efficiently. These products include:
Shell and tube heat exchangers experience cyclical temperature changes, especially during shutdowns for planned or unplanned maintenance. The CHANGE™ gasket was originally developed by Flexitallic as a heat exchanger gasket, in response to long-term sealing issues from our customers.
CHANGE™ gaskets have exceptional recovery properties, proven to outperform all other gaskets, without compromising hermeticity, which is essential in high temperature thermal cycling applications.
Other typical applications for CHANGE™ gaskets include boiler manhole gaskets, damaged flanges, reactor seals (FCC, coking, hydrogenation, ethylene/fertilizer production).
We provide a complete product range to limit corrosion in pipeline systems, using modified PTFE material Sigma® and our unique anti-corrosion material Corriculite® – both giving unrivalled performance.
The insulating sets are designed to electrically isolate flanges and bolts in cathodically protected piping systems or whatever dissimilar metals are present.
The specially engineered materials used in the ISOFLEX™ isolation system are also able to extend traditional operating temperature pressures and chemical compatibility, and is aimed at eliminating the concerns and pitfalls of existing market offerings.
At Flexitallic, we provide high-quality gaskets, but sealing success goes beyond just the product. That’s why we offer training, with or without our demonstration unit (FADU), to familiarize our customers with key sealing concepts and techniques for installing Flexitallic products. We also offer technical solutions for any sealing issue.
ASME acknowledges the scientific nature of sealing, and Flexitallic agrees. As the global leader in static sealing, we have a team of Applications Engineers dedicated to solving sealing problems worldwide. We also provide gasket design services for challenging conditions and special flanges.
