Flexitallic LLC (UAE) – Customer Service Coordinator

Support external sales team/Regional Sales Managers to actively promote/market Flexitallic (company) and its Products and Services. Grow brand awareness, through pre-qualifications and approvals with major end-user customers. Furthermore, support external sales team to deliver continuous technical solutions with major end-users/customers, without compromising on company’s core values.

  • Protect and grow the business in compliance with company’s strategy.
  • Promote new and innovative sealing solutions to customers as per the company’s strategy in the world area/region.
  • Work closely with the external sale team, be involved in retaining all existing accounts and maintain regular contact with customers, as necessary.
  • Support external Sales to develop/acquire new customers.
  • Answer Techno-commercial queries from customers.
  • Collaborate with Application Engineering and provide technical advice on the Flexitallic products and services to ensure that specific customer application demands are met.
  • Prepare and send the Quotation in an effective and timely manner, follow the necessary approval process.
  • Participate in internal and external meetings and conferences, as and when required.
  • Review Contracts/Customer Purchase Orders, enter only the clean orders into the business system.
  • Issue Sales Order/Order Acceptance and send it to customer in a timely manner.
  • Issue the job sheets and other relevant documents for production.
  • Liaise with Operations team to monitor the progress of orders and advise customers, if necessary.
  • Deal with all customer concerns in a friendly and helpful manner and report to Quality Manager.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and co-workers.
  • Report to the Manager about any outstanding issues/customer concerns. Log customer feedback on quotations/offers and keep accurate records in an easily accessible manner.
  • Review the open quotations/offers with Regional Sales Managers to maximize the business.
  • Support internal departments with customer/application details to build marketing campaigns.
  • Strictly follow company’s “Trade compliance Procedure” and make sure to do the business only if legally and ethically correct.
  • Be proactive in the conversation of quote to cash process.
  • Any other duties assigned by the top management are deemed necessary to grow the business in the region.
 
Experience/Skills
 
  • Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in industrial sales/key account management.
  • Must be commercially astute.
  • Excellent communication in English.
  • Working proficiency in Microsoft office and any ERP/business system.

 

Desirable

  • Experience in the gasket/sealing industry
  • Some knowledge of selling technical/engineered solutions would be advantageous.

 

Essential Qualifications

  • Degree/Diploma in Engineering
